Lemon balm is a wonderful uplifting herb loved by all (that I know of).

It is a fantastic “beginners herb” because it is generally considered extremely safe for babies to elders. It is very gentle and can be taken long term. With its very pleasant taste, it can be drunk alone, or can be blended with other herbs to make a nice tea.

Many people enjoy drinking it throughout the winter to fight seasonal depression, but I especially love drinking it iced during the summer to cool me down. One of my all time favorite summer blends is iced hibiscus and lemon balm tea.
